 Our Products

TheyUnique specialises in unique vintage and decorative interior products.

Many of our products are vintage, antique, pre-owned, restored, or otherwise have a previous history. As a result, products may show signs of age or use, including minor scratches, dents, colour variations, patina, imperfections, repairs, or other characteristics consistent with their age and condition.

We aim to describe and photograph every product as accurately as reasonably possible. Product descriptions and photographs form an important part of the information provided before purchase.

Due to differences between screens and actual products, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device and display settings.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the product description, natural variations, signs of age, and characteristics consistent with the described condition are not considered defects.

Product Availability

Our products are often unique or available in very limited quantities.

A product may therefore only be available once.

If, despite our best efforts, a product is no longer available after an order has been placed, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund any amount already paid for that product.

Prices

All prices displayed on TheyUnique.com are in euros and include VAT where legally applicable.

Any applicable delivery costs or other additional charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, typing, or product information errors. If an obvious error has resulted in an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order.

Changes to These Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example when legislation or our business practices change.

The version applicable to your purchase is the version that was made available to you at the time you placed your order.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions and agreements between TheyUnique and consumers are governed by Dutch law, insofar as permitted by applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.

If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence may also apply where required by applicable law.
